1. Acceptance of Terms

• "Deposit" refers to any transfer of funds by a Member into their hbo88 Account using approved payment methods including Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) bank transfers, e-wallets, or cryptocurrency.
• "Game" refers to any sports betting market, casino game, live dealer game, slot machine, togel (numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), or other gambling activity available on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" refers to any transfer of funds from a Member's hbo88 Account balance to their designated bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency address.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by hbo88 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and address in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use the services provided by hbo88, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) account with hbo88. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. hbo88 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, and other identifying factors.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, hbo88 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or government-issued identification showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.

KYC verification is typically processed within 1-24 hours during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours. Incomplete or illegible submissions may delay the verification process. Until your account is fully verified, certain features including withdrawals and bonus claims may be restricted. hbo88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the source of funds or comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

hbo88 supports a wide range of payment methods convenient for Indonesian players. Approved deposit methods include:

Deposits made outside of banking hours may take longer to process.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Fees

There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. hbo88 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may charge transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the Member.

All funds deposited into your hbo88 Account are held in a secure, segregated account and are never commingled with company operational funds. Your balance is always available for withdrawal (subject to bonus wagering requirements and verification) and is not used for any purpose other than facilitating your gaming activity.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Members may request withdrawals of their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified KYC documents.

5.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, hbo88 requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. This policy prevents the Platform from being used as a money transfer service. Suspected money laundering activity will result in immediate account suspension, freezing of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (minus outstanding bonuses or wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5-10 business days.
